How Arnica Gel works
Arnica (Arnica montana), also known as mountain arnica, is a plant species belonging to the genus Arnica within the aster family (Asteraceae). It is found in the mountains of Europe, where it is a protected species. The healing properties of arnica were already known as early as the 16th century. The literature attributes pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties to it.

Directions for use
- Apply Arlberger Arnica Gel three times a day to the affected area. The pleasant gel texture is quickly absorbed, is non-greasy and is suitable for all skin types.
- The cooling effect is felt shortly after applying the arnica gel. To enhance this effect, we recommend storing our Arlberger Arnica Gel in the fridge.
