How to use

• Stir 2 level teaspoons into approx. 300 ml water daily and drink. Please do not consume dry and make sure you drink 1 to 2 litres of water daily.
• Also ideal as an ingredient stirred into muesli or yoghurt!
• Advice: Please consult your doctor before taking this product if you suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g. pathological narrowing of the gastrointestinal tract, impending or existing intestinal obstruction), kidneys or oesophagus, or diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control. Please do not take directly together with medication.
