Avitale Cinnamon Capsules are a food supplement with Ceylon cinnamon powder and vitamins C and E as well as zinc and chromium to support normal blood sugar levels and normal carbohydrate metabolism.

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices: The first records date back to pre-Christian times and cinnamon was also mentioned several times in the Old Testament. Ceylon cinnamon was brought to Europe by the Portuguese at the beginning of the 16th century. True cinnamon is characterised by a strong aromatic scent and a sweet, characteristic taste.

Vitamins C + E, the minerals zinc + chromium: essential for many bodily functions

Vitamins C and E cannot be produced by the body itself and must be taken in regularly with food. The two vitamins complement each other, with vitamin C contributing to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E. Together with zinc, they are important antioxidants for the body, as they act as radical scavengers to help protect the cells from oxidative stress.

The minerals zinc and chromium must also be ingested through food and are contained in food as so-called trace elements. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and zinc supports normal carbohydrate metabolism. Both minerals contribute to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.
