Aspecton® Nasal Spray is a nasal spray with sea salt solution for spraying into the nose, based on a hypertonic sea salt solution, with dexpanthenol, hypromellose and essential oils - including thyme, eucalyptus and mint oil - Aspecton® Nasal Spray has a gentle decongestant, cleansing, nourishing and protective effect.

The unique combination of selected ingredients in Aspecton® Nasal Spray is convincing. The hypertonic sea salt solution cleanses and reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa. Hypromellose protects and moisturises the mucous membrane. The dexpanthenol content provides gentle care. The essential oils also give the nasal spray a pleasant fragrance. As the Aspecton® nasal spray gently reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa without drying it out, it makes it possible to reduce and even wean off chemical-synthetic sprays

Unlike pure sea salt sprays, Aspecton® Nasal Spray contains a unique combination of a hypertonic sea salt solution, nourishing dexpanthenol, moisturising and protective hypromellose and essential oils.

How to use

Spray 1 - 2 puffs of Aspecton® Nasal Spray into each nostril several times a day as required. Aspecton® Nasal Spray can be used as an accompanying measure for colds and/or nasal congestion for a period of up to 14 days.
Advice: If there is no improvement in symptoms within 7 - 14 days, a doctor should be consulted. In the case of severe symptoms that require the temporary use of a local decongestant, it is recommended to continue treatment with Aspecton® Nasal Spray for a few days after the end of treatment with the decongestant spray until the symptoms subside. Aspecton® Nasal Spray should be used beforehand in the case of simultaneous treatment with a decongestant nasal spray.

Ingredients

Composition: Hypertonic sea salt solution (equivalent to 1.5 % common salt solution), hypromellose, dexpanthenol, camphor, levomenthol, thyme oil, eucalyptus oil, mint oil, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate (Ph. Eur.), sodium hydroxide, citric acid monohydrate, purified water. Without preservatives, without propellant gas.
