- The 2nd layer gradually releases 0.9 mg melatonin, vitamin B6 and California poppy2. This plant helps to limit night-time awakenings and helps you to get a good night's sleep.

How to use
- Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before going to bed with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.
- Advice: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), consult your doctor before taking this food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The odour of the tablet is due to the high concentration of valerian.
