Omega 3 Fish Oil from Arctic Blue is a high-dose dietary supplement with vitamin D and rich in omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids. The mild orange flavour makes the product pleasant to take as it has no fishy or aftertaste. Alternatively, the fish oil can also be taken in yoghurt. The product contains high-quality fish oil from cod from the Norwegian Barents Sea. The daily dose (5 ml) contains 1020 mg omega-3 fish oil (of which DHA 480 mg and EPA 340 mg) and 10 mg vitamin D). Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DPA) contribute to normal heart function (the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA). Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (the positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA). The omega-3 fish oil is MSC-certified and comes from sustainable fishing from healthy fish stocks. The fish is not caught separately for processing, as only fillet remains are used to produce the fish oil. Due to advanced and modern techniques such as molecular distillation under vacuum, the fish oil has a low Totox value. The product contains fish. The fish oil is also free from gluten, yeast, lactose, sugar, artificial fragrances, colours, preservatives and flavours
