Aquilea Schlaf Instant is a dietary supplement in the form of a soluble powder that can be drunk either cold or warm. It helps you fall asleep thanks to melatonin and promotes restful sleep thanks to lemon balm, passion flower and Californian poppy.

Certain life circumstances can disrupt our sleep due to external factors beyond our control. This can lead to stress in everyday life, as well as affecting our physical and mental health.

Aquilea has therefore developed Schlaf Instant with melatonin, a (highly soluble) powder designed to improve sleep: 1 mg of melatonin helps reduce the time taken to fall asleep, whilst at least 0.5 mg helps alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag.

In addition, the product contains lemon balm, passion flower and California poppy, which help to promote relaxation and thus encourage restful sleep.

Thanks to its formulation containing 1 mg of melatonin, lemon balm extract, passion flower extract and Californian poppy extract, Aquilea Schlaf Instant helps you fall asleep. It reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and promotes recovery from subjective jet lag symptoms.

It is recommended to take this 30 minutes before going to bed. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or cup and add warm or cold water.
