Certain life circumstances can affect our sleep due to external factors that we cannot influence. This can lead to stress in everyday life, but also in terms of our physical and mental health.

Aquilea has therefore developed Sleep Instant with Melatonin, with melatonin as an (easily soluble) powder for better sleep: melatonin contributes 1 mg to shortening the time it takes to fall asleep and at least 0.5 mg to alleviating the subjective feeling of jet lag.

The product also contains lemon balm, passion flower and California poppy, which contribute to relaxation and thus promote restful sleep.

Thanks to its composition with melatonin 1 mg, lemon balm extract, passion flower extract and Californian poppy extract, Aquilea Sleep Instant promotes sleep. It shortens the time it takes to fall asleep and promotes relaxation in the case of subjective jet-lag sensations.

How to use

It is recommended to take 30 minutes before going to bed. Pour the powder from the sachet into a glass or cup and infuse with warm or cold water.
