Our Aptamil with the Pronutra formula is specially tailored to the nutritional needs of babies from birth and is also suitable for supplementary feeding. Aptamil Pronutra Pre, ready-to-feed with its further-developed formula, can be given from birth as the sole source of nutrition or as a supplement, and can be fed as often and in as much quantity as your baby needs. Suitable from birth until the end of the bottle-feeding stage. Contains vegetable oils, no palm oil. Tried-and-tested hospital-style bottle, also suitable for use at home.

Directions for use

The number of vials and the amount to be taken per vial vary from person to person. Therefore, the quantities and the number of vials per day given are only recommended guidelines.

Preparation:

When preparing Aptamil Pre, follow the instructions for use exactly. Incorrect preparation and storage can lead to health problems caused by the growth of unwanted bacteria. Prepare the formula fresh before each feed and feed it immediately. Do not reuse any leftover formula. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Do not heat the formula in the microwave (risk of overheating).

1. Shake vigorously before use.
2. Pour the required amount into a bottle.
3. Feed the meal either at room temperature or warm it to feeding temperature (approx. 37 °C), e.g. in a bottle warmer or in a bain-marie.

Notes:

On nutrition: Breastfeeding is the best way to feed your baby. Please speak to your paediatrician or midwife if you wish to use infant formula.

Dental health: All infant formulas contain carbohydrates. Frequent or prolonged contact with carbohydrate-containing foods can cause tooth decay. Do not leave your child with the bottle to suck on continuously.

Usage: Aptamil Pre is suitable from birth and can be given as required, i.e. your baby may drink it as often and as much as they are hungry:

• as a supplement if not fully breastfed (mixed feeding)
• or as the sole source of nutrition if the baby is not being breastfed
