Application

• If you want to lose weight, replace two of your three daily meals with an Almased® shake. To make a shake, stir the powder into 200 to 300 ml of water and add 15 g (2 tablespoons) of vegetable oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed oil and linseed oil). The personal dosage per shake is based on body length. (see instructions) It is necessary to follow the preparation instructions, as Almased® is not a complete food.
