How to use

If you want to lose weight, replace two of your daily main meals with Almased as part of a low-calorie diet.

1. Use 200ml of water.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed oil).
3. At the end, add lactose-free Almased powder (50g). Stir all the ingredients together well.

• Please follow the preparation recommendations, as Almased® Lactose Free is not a complete food. Make sure you drink enough fluids every day.
• The Almased diet only fulfils its intended purpose as part of a low-calorie diet. Other foods must be part of this diet.
