Allegra 120 mg film-coated tablets are a non-prescription medicine containing the active substance: fexofenadine hydrochloride. It is used in adults and children from the age of 12 to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (e.g. hay fever).
These symptoms include sneezing, an itchy, runny or blocked nose and itchy, red and watery eyes. Allegra contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that does not cause drowsiness.

Directions for use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: The recommended dose is 1 tablet (120 mg) daily. Take your tablet with water before a meal. This medicine starts to relieve your symptoms within one hour and the duration of action is 24 hours.
Ingredients
- The active substance is: fexofenadine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 120 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. Film coating: hypromellose, polyvidone, titanium dioxide (E 171), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, macrogol and iron oxide (E 172).
