Allegra 120 mg film-coated tablets are an over-the-counter medicine containing the active ingredient: fexofenadine hydrochloride. It is used in adults and children aged 12 years and over to relieve the symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (e.g. hay fever).
These symptoms include, for example, sneezing, an itchy, runny or blocked nose, and itchy, red and watery eyes. Allegra contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that does not cause drowsiness.

Directions for use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: The recommended dose is 1 tablet (120 mg) daily. Take your tablet with water before a meal. This medicine begins to relieve your symptoms within an hour and remains effective for 24 hours.
Ingredients
- The active ingredient is: fexofenadine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 120 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are: tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. Film coating: hypromellose, polyvidone, titanium dioxide (E 171), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, macrogol and iron oxide (E 172).
