Coconuts provide a clear, pure oil with a mild and aromatic flavour. It has been used for generations in traditional cooking and for skin and hair care. In this country, only a few people are aware of its benefits.

The coconuts are organically grown. After harvesting, the organic nuts are gently dried. The flesh is then crushed. The grated coconut is then cold-pressed. The high-quality coconut oil obtained in this way is then filtered and bottled.

This cold-pressed, natural coconut oil is not refined, bleached, deodorised or hardened and is therefore of the highest quality.

Coconut oil consists of medium-chain fatty acids. In contrast to long-chain, unsaturated fatty acids, these are easier to digest and therefore easier to digest. In addition, medium-chain fatty acids are utilised by the body to produce energy. In reasonable quantities, coconut oil can support active weight management.

Unsaturated fatty acids tend to form trans fatty acids, the problematic fats. Saturated fatty acids such as those in coconut oil cannot form trans fatty acids.
Cold-pressed, natural coconut oil is free from trans fatty acids because it consists mainly of saturated fatty acids and is not partially hydrogenated.

Good properties of organic coconut oil from allcura:

Heat stable:
The most heat-stable of all vegetable fats due to its high content of saturated fatty acids. Other vegetable oils are damaged by heat, air and light and tend to form free radicals. Coconut oil, on the other hand, remains stable even at high temperatures and changes very little. You can use coconut oil from allcura for frying vegetables, meat and fish or for baking.

Flavourful:
Particularly well processed coconut oils such as our organic oil can also be used for cold dishes. Instead of butter on bread or rice crackers.

Easily digestible:
The high stability of coconut oil is also good for your health. Due to its composition, coconut oil is particularly easy to digest and can be utilised by the body quickly and directly for energy production.

Ideal for skin and hair:
Coconut oil penetrates the skin and hair particularly quickly. It stays there longer than water-rich creams, so that it provides the skin with lasting protection against moisture loss.
As coconut oil contains no unsaturated fatty acids, it cannot form free radicals that attack the skin.

By the way:
Breast milk, the first and most natural food for a newborn baby, consists of 50% saturated fatty acids.

Coconut oil melts at around 25°C and solidifies again at lower temperatures. This is a normal physical process and has no influence on the quality.
