^{ULTRASOUNDtechTM} offers innovative solutions that can be used successfully against house dust mites using ultrasonic technology. Ultrasonic waves are an ecological and harmless alternative for effective control of house dust mite allergies. ^AcarZeroTM HOME (220V) is effective in a room of up to 30 m2. The emitted ultrasonic waves with a frequency of approx. 40,000 Hz have a disruptive effect on the physiology of house dust mites, which has a negative impact on reproduction. The sound waves are completely harmless to humans and pets.

After approx. 90 days, the house dust mite colony is significantly reduced and so is the production of allergens (excrement). We recommend installing a plug in every room that is susceptible to the development of a dust mite colony (carpets, sofas, beds, ...).

Note that 2 LED lights indicate that the plug is active and working. This can be disturbing for people who are sensitive to light.

How do ultrasonic waves work?

Ultrasonic waves are mechanical waves that can propagate anywhere in a room, right into the furthest corners. ULTRASOUNDtech™ has identified the wavelengths that are effective against the most common pests and parasites. Sound and ultrasonic waves can be used as a natural defence against "unwanted guests". By spreading ultrasonic waves, the frequency of which is adapted to the respective pest, house dust mites are disturbed in their reproduction, which leads to the elimination of the mite colony over the life cycle of house dust mites (approx. 90 days).

Scientifically tested

The AcarZero™ defence plug against house dust mites was tested for its effectiveness by the laboratory of the Department of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Camerino (IT). This study was in turn validated by the University of Milan. Detailed information is available on request. Unlike chemical agents, which lose their effectiveness over time, AcarZero™ remains effective over the entire period.
