How to use
- Take 1 tablet of Abtei Zinc + Histidine daily unchewed with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water), preferably with a meal.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.

- Ingredients: Zinc gluconate; bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose; histidine (20 %); bulking agent sorbitol; starch; glazing agents hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colouring agent calcium carbonate; bulking agent magnesium carbonates; stabilisers fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, glycerol.
