Inner restlessness is a common and unpleasant feeling. Tense situations such as exam stress or turbulent phases of life can lead to inner restlessness and nervousness. However, nature offers us solutions to counteract nervousness. Various plants, including hops and lavender, valerian, lemon balm and passionflower, contain secondary plant substances that have calming properties. These plant extracts also contribute to a healthy readiness to sleep. - Ingredients: Lemon balm leaf extract (lemon balm leaves, lactose, silicon dioxide), lavender flower extract, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, valerian root extract, passion flower extract, hop flower extract, folic acid, methylcobalamin; cellulose**. **Capsule shell.
- Composition per capsule %NRV*: 215 mg lemon balm leaf extract, 125 mg lavender flower extract, 36 mg pyridoxal-5-phosphate corresponding to 25 mg vitamin B6 (1785 % NRV*), 30 mg valerian root extract, 18 mg passion flower extract, 15 mg hop flower extract, 400 μg folic acid as Quatrefolic® (200 % NRV*) and 50 µg vitamin B12 (2000 % NRV*). *NRV = per cent of the recommended daily intake.
