Abtei Magnesium + Calcium + D3 + K tablets are a dietary supplement designed to support the normal functioning of muscles, bones and the heart.

An adequate intake of magnesium and calcium is important at any age. In particular, for adolescents and older people, the amount of calcium obtained from the diet often falls short of the recommended levels.

Abtei Magnesium + Calcium + D3 + K contains these two essential minerals in a physiologically balanced 2:1 ratio. It also contains vitamin K and vitamin D3, which aids the absorption of calcium into the bones and teeth. The Langzeit-Depot® ensures a continuous supply to muscles and bones over several hours.

Directions for use

• For schoolchildren, adolescents and adults: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water).
• Notes: Magnesium supplements may have a laxative effect in sensitive individuals. People taking anticoagulant medicines (of the coumarin type) should consult their doctor before taking dietary supplements containing vitamin K.
