Abtei Magnesium + Calcium + D3 + K Tablets are a dietary supplement to support the normal function of muscles, bones and heart.

An adequate supply of magnesium and calcium is important at any age. Particularly in adolescents and older people, the calcium supply from the diet often does not meet the recommendations.

Abtei Magnesium + Calcium + D3 + K contains the two essential minerals in a physiologically balanced 2:1 ratio. It also contains vitamin K and vitamin D3, which supports the absorption and utilisation of calcium in the bones and teeth. The Langzeit-Depot® ensures a continuous supply of calcium to muscles and bones for several hours.

How to use

• For schoolchildren, adolescents and adults: Swallow 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water).
• Notes: Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect in sensitive people. People taking anticoagulant medicines (coumarin-type) should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K-containing food supplements.
