Once a day, pour the contents of one sachet (10g) into a cup, pour 150 hot water over it, stir briefly and drink.

Ingredients: sugar, elderberry powder (9%) (elderberry juice concentrate, dextrose), acidifier citric acid, vitamin C, starch, natural flavourings, zinc sulphate, vegetable oils (palm, coconut in varying proportions by weight), vitamin D3.
