How to use

• The basic dosage is 2 times 7 drops daily (morning and evening) over a period of 2 weeks. If necessary, the dosage can be increased and the application period extended.
• Preparation of a flower mixture: Pour 7 drops of the essence into a 30 ml bottle (stock bottle) and top up with 2 parts still or spring water and 1 part brandy or vinegar.
• How to take: 2 x 7 drops daily from the vial, 2 x 1 -2 drops from the stock bottle, 6 drops in a full bath.
• The essences are also ideal for adding to ointments or lotions, but can also be added directly to bath water.
