Active ingredients
Lactobacillus plantarum
- Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) is thepredominant Lactobacillus species in the human oral and intestinal mucosa . The bacterial strains are able to survive the gastrointestinal passage well. In the intestine they colonise the mucous membranes and thus support our natural intestinal flora. Lactobacillus plantarum is also frequently found naturally in fermented foods.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
- Thiamine belongs to the group of water-soluble B vitamins.Thiamine is found naturallyin wholemeal cereals and pulses. Thiamine is sensitive to light, heat and leaching , which means that storage and preparation losses can sometimes be significant. The vitamin performs important functions in the human body , including the maintenance of normal heart function.
