APOfit evening primrose oil is a 100% natural oil from Oenothera biennis. Particularly rich in gamma-linolenic acids.
With at least 9% essential gamma-linolenic acid
- Our naturally pure evening primrose oil from the seed of the evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) contains the essential linoleic acid and at least 9% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This makes evening primrose oil one of the leaders in terms of GLA content compared to other vegetable oils.
- Essential fatty acids must be supplied in sufficient quantities daily with food because they cannot be produced by the body itself. The addition of natural vitamin E protects the sensitive fatty acids from oxidation.

How to use
25 drops 3 times a day. After opening, the evening primrose oil should be kept in the refrigerator.

- Ingredients: Evening primrose oil, stabiliser: vitamin E (natural mixed tocopherols).
- Nutrients per daily dose (75 drops): Evening primrose oil 3000 mg, polyunsaturated fatty acids > 2400 mg of which linoleic acid 2200 mg - gamma-linolenic acid 270 mg, saturated fatty acids 268 mg.
