The ALLEVYN Ag SACRUM foam dressing is a highly absorbent wound dressing for the effective treatment of sacral wounds. ALLEVYN Ag SACRUM is an anatomically shaped adhesive antimicrobial foam dressing.

Allevyn Ag Sacrum is a highly absorbent, antimicrobial and securely adherent wound dressing specially developed for the sacral area. The absorbent foam core with integrated silver supports the treatment of infection-prone and infected wounds with moderate to heavy exudation. The antimicrobial effect of Allevyn Ag Sacrum lasts up to seven days and protects against a broad spectrum of pathogens, including MRSA. The dressing's effective exudate management minimises the risk of skin maceration. The reliable adhesion of the snug and cushioning dressing ensures a high level of comfort. Depending on the amount of exudate, the dressing can remain on the wound for up to five days.
