- Vitamin D is the collective term for several fat-soluble vitamins. The most important form for us humans is vitamin D3.2 As the body can only produce most of it under the influence of sunlight, it is also known as the sun vitamin.3
- However, around 60 per cent of Germans are deficient in vitamin D3.4 For many people today, work and everyday life take place almost exclusively indoors. In addition, the amount of sunlight in this country is often insufficient to cover the vitamin D requirement. One tablet of ADDITIVA Osteogard 800 i.U. Vitamin D3 contains the daily recommended amount of the sun vitamin and thus actively supplies the body with the required amount of vitamin D3.

- Vitamin D3: One tablet of ADDITIVA® Osteogard 800 i.U. Vitamin D3 contains 20 micrograms of vitamin D3. This corresponds to the current recommendations for daily vitamin D3 intake according to the Dachverband Osteologie e. V. and the German Nutrition Society.5,6

Directions
- Take 1 tablet daily with a little water.
- Note: Not suitable for children under 18 years of age. May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
