Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Maxi is intended for superficial application of cold or heat. Cold helps to relieve swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat reduces pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for the whole family.

The natural therapeutic power of heat and cold. The compress is suitable for applying heat and cold and is a practical solution for anyone who prefers natural therapy without medication. Can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. Can be heated in hot water or in the microwave. Distribute the heat evenly by kneading! Always put the gel compress in the protective cover provided or wrap it in a clean towel before placing it on the skin. Place the compress on the affected area of the body for as long as it feels comfortable. As soon as the gel pack has reached room temperature, warm it up again. The protective cover supplied with the gel pack makes it easy, comfortable and safe to apply to the skin. Use cold for swelling caused by bruises/injuries (larger leg bruises, e.g. on the thigh) and acute injuries (bruises, sprains, small bumps). Use the heated product for pain in the lower back area, e.g. during pregnancy, for menstrual pain or abdominal pain (only if this is due to muscle tension) and for chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system as a result of previous bruising or a general feeling of cold (use as a hot water bottle).

How to use

Therefore, do not use the pack while sleeping. - Do not use on injured or sensitive skin. - Persons with known or suspected nervous or circulatory problems should not use this product unless prescribed by a doctor. - Care must be taken to avoid frostbite and superficial nerve injury. - Heat may be sufficient to cause localised burns. - Supervise use by children or persons with cognitive impairment. - Discontinue use if discomfort occurs. - Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
