The 3M™ Cavilon™ High Performance Skin Protector supports you in the care of moderate to severe skin lesions and the preventive protection of vulnerable skin. The ultra-thin yet highly durable barrier adheres to moist, oozing skin surfaces and forms a protective film that repels irritants and supports healing.

Areas of application of Cavilon Advanced
To protect the skin:
- Against liquids and irritants such as liquid faeces, urine, digestive fluids and wound exudate
- Against friction and shear forces of vulnerable skin such as fragile skin, macerated skin, recurrent skin lesions, heavy exudation, intertrigo
Helps in the treatment of superficial skin lesions such as
- Moisture related skin damage, such as: Incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD), peristomal skin lesions and fistulas, skin damage in the wound environment (e.g. maceration), intertriginous eczema (intertrigo)
- Skin damage caused by medical adhesives, skin tears
