Directions for use

• Adults: Stir 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 g) once a day into approx. ½ glass of liquid until well mixed, then take this with 1–2 further glasses of water or liquid (at least 150 ml).
• Notes: Ensure you drink plenty of fluids when taking this product, as dietary fibre binds water and may lead to bowel obstruction if fluid intake is insufficient. You should leave a gap of approximately 1 hour before and after taking any medication. This food must not be consumed if you have pathological narrowing of the oesophagus or the gastrointestinal tract. The appearance of psyllium husks may vary. As a natural product, it is subject to natural variations.
