How to use

• Cool the enclosed gel cooling pad for approx. 2 hours in the fridge or 1 hour in the freezer (approx. -1s C to max. -1s C). Dry the compress if necessary. When cooling in the freezer, only use with the plush side. Test temperature on forearm before use. Place the cooling pad on the painful area and do not apply for longer than 10 minutes, as there is a risk of hypothermia. Never place the cooling pad on an open wound. Children should not use the product unsupervised. Risk of frostbite. Ensure that children do not bite or scratch the cooling pad. Dispose of damaged cooling pad.
