Steevia Sweetener is a natural, purely plant-based alternative to sugar, made with the highest quality steviol glycosides (with 97% rebaudioside A) from the leaves of the stevia plant and erythritol. It can be used in a 1:1 ratio like conventional sugar; however, unlike sugar, it is calorie-free. Steevia Streusüße is resistant to baking and cooking and is equally suitable for baking, preserving and cooking. Steevia Sweetener has no off-flavour and is neutral in taste in food, baked goods and drinks.
