vitaldoc® Lecithin Granules are purely plant-based and
rich in essential polyunsaturated
fatty acids, which the body cannot produce
itself. Even the recommended daily dose of 21 g (3
x 2 teaspoons) provides 1.2 g of α-linolenic acid.
On average, it contains 21% valuable
phosphatidylcholine. Choline contributes to the maintenance of
normal liver function and normal
fat metabolism.

Directions for use
Take 3 x 2 teaspoons spread throughout the day with
meals, either on their own or mixed with drinks, in yoghurt,
muesli, etc. For children, half the
recommended dose is advised. It is also excellent for
baking.
