Sprouted broccoli & daikon radish from certified organic farming

Sprouted mixture of broccoli and daikon radish, granular - with the synergy of the whole plant. Both broccoli and radish are natural sources of nutrients. Broccoli is particularly rich in glucoraphanin, the precursor of sulforaphane, an important antioxidant. It also contains vitamins, minerals and fibre.

In the Sulfo Power blend, broccoli sprouts are combined with sprouted daikon radish, a highly potent enzyme donor (myrosinase), which guarantees a very good conversion of the precursor glucoraphanin into the desired ingredient sulforaphane.

During germination, nature ensures that the seed has everything it needs to grow into a plant. At this stage, the sprouts and seedlings have an even higher density of valuable nutrients than the non-sprouted seeds and seeds or the full-grown plant.

How to use

Chew one teaspoon per day of the grain mixture well, if necessary crush with a mortar beforehand or sprinkle over soup, salad or casserole.
