Directions

• Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily unchewed with plenty of water.
• Notes: Contains EGCG (137.5 mg / serving). A daily dose of 800 mg (-)-epigallacatechin-3-gallate must not be exceeded. Should not be consumed if products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
