vis terrena® UR BΛSENKUR powder is a dietary supplement with a purely plant-based mineral alkalising source: with milk thistle, artichokes, spinach, nettle and many other high-quality ingredients.

Everything we eat and drink every day is metabolised into acids and bases in our bodies. Both acids and bases are equally important for a healthy metabolism. However, it is also important that the quantities of acids and bases formed in the process are in a certain, constant balance with each other, although in principle the formation of acids predominates. Amino acids are formed from proteins, fatty acids from fats and lactic acid from carbohydrates and sugars. In order to cushion an excess and a build-up of these metabolic acids, it is important to permanently supply our body with "alkaline" nutrients. These are primarily so-called "alkaline electrolytes", which are mainly found in vegetables and salads.

vis terrena® UR BASENKUR contains alkaline potassium from spinach, nettle and bananas, alkaline calcium from limestone, alkaline magnesium from seawater and extracts from milk thistle and artichokes.

• Liver metabolism: Lecithin is a phospholipid and contains large amounts of choline. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.
• Electrolyte balance: Alkaline magnesium from nettles, spinach and sea water contributes to the maintenance of a normal electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.
