Our bones are constantly renewing themselves and therefore need to be supplied with sufficient nutrients. Vitamins K2 and D3 are an important duo for bone maintenance. Vitamin D3 serves, among other things, as an "incorporation aid" for the bone mineral calcium absorbed from food.

One tablet of tetesept Vitamin K2 + D3 2700 contains 80 μg of vitamin K2 in the biologically active all-trans form menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This high-quality form of vitamin K2 has a high bioavailability and can therefore be absorbed particularly well by the human body. It also contains 2700 I.U (=67.50 μg) vitamin D3.

Directions

• Take 1 tablet once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking with a meal.
• Advice: Do not take any other preparations containing vitamin D. People taking anticoagulant medicines (coumarin-type) should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K-containing food supplements. 1 tablet corresponds to <0.1 BE
