How to use

• Take 1/2 to 1 tablet once a day with liquid. If there is an increased need for magnesium, e.g. due to heavy exertion and in conjunction with a magnesium-poor diet, take 1 tablet.
• Notes: A slight laxative effect may occur. Do not take any other preparations containing magnesium.
• Information for diabetics: 1 daily dose corresponds to < 0.01 BE.
