Directions

• Drink 1 sachet daily dissolved in water. Use for 8 weeks for optimum results. The sachets can also be stirred into shakes, drinks and smoothies.
• Advice: Do not stir into hot drinks and consume quickly, as spermidine is sensitive to heat and oxygen.
