Citicoline and its effect on concentration and memory

Focus and concentration are essential for efficient work. Thanks to the B vitamins and zinc it contains, Memory Formula has a supportive effect on your memory function and ability to concentrate. Citicoline is made up of the nucleoside cytidine and choline, which are linked together.

What is choline good for?

Citicoline or CDP-choline is a component of your cells that is produced naturally in the body and, as a precursor of phosphatidyl-choline, is an important building block of cell membranes. With increasing age, the production of phosphatidyl choline slowly decreases.

B vitamins and zinc for mental performance

In addition to citicoline, Memory Formula from Pure Encapsulations® contains numerous micronutrients that play a role in your nerves and cognition. The B vitamins B6, B12 and folate are essential for concentration and a functioning memory. They support mental performance and healthy nerve function and also play an important role in memory and recall. The trace element zinc contributes to sustained mental performance. It ensures that brain and nerve functions work normally and acts as a booster for learning and memory. The innovative formula of Gedächtnis Formel is rounded off with the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin.
