Practical application in powder form

The amino acid L-glutamine is found in high concentrations in the muscles and fulfils numerous tasks: Among other things, it is involved in the formation of body protein and is used as an energy source by certain body cells, such as muscle or intestinal mucosa cells. If the energy requirements of the body's cells increase, more glutamine is also needed. Although our organism can produce L-glutamine itself in the skeletal muscle from glutamic acid, a supplementary supply may be recommended in times of increased demand, such as during intensive muscular exertion.

L-glutamine powder is simply stirred into water or fruit juice and can also be individually dosed. In practice, it has proven to be particularly suitable for amateur and competitive athletes.
