Iron Complex from Pure Encapsulations® is the ideal product if you want to give your energy levels and blood formation a boost with a dietary supplement. This trace element, which plays a role in the formation of haemoglobin (the red pigment in blood) and is therefore vital for oxygen transport, provides important co-factors alongside vitamin C, which aids its absorption. A lack of iron in the diet usually leads to tiredness and fatigue. The need for this trace element is often higher, particularly in women, endurance athletes, growing children, and vegetarians and vegans. For effective iron metabolism, your body also needs B vitamins, vitamin A and copper.
What makes Iron Complex from Pure Encapsulations® special is its highly bioavailable iron glycinate. Furthermore, the product provides iron in combination with co-factors essential for iron metabolism, such as vitamins B12, B2 and B6, folic acid (folate) and copper. The vitamin C it contains improves the body’s absorption of dietary iron. This makes the iron supplement particularly effective. Furthermore, the formulation is particularly well tolerated thanks to the iron compound used (iron glycinate). High-dose iron supplements often cause digestive problems, but you can also take iron glycinate with meals.
