Iron Complex from Pure Encapsulations® is the ideal product if you want to give your energy and haematopoiesis a boost with a dietary supplement. The trace element, which is involved in the formation of haemoglobin (red blood pigment) and is therefore very important for oxygen transport, also provides important cofactors in addition to the utilisation aid vitamin C. A lack of iron in the diet usually results in tiredness and fatigue. Women, endurance athletes, growing people, vegetarians and vegans in particular often have an increased need for this trace element. Your body also needs B vitamins, vitamin A and copper for effective iron metabolism.
The special thing about Iron Complex from Pure Encapsulations® is the particularly bioavailable iron glycinate. The product also supplies iron in a complex with cofactors for iron metabolism such as vitamins B12, B2, B6, folic acid (folate) and copper. The vitamin C it contains improves the absorption of dietary iron in the body. This makes the iron supplement particularly effective. The formulation is also particularly well tolerated due to the iron compound used (iron glycinate). High-dose iron supplements often cause digestive problems, but iron glycinate can also be taken with meals.
