Clever minds need the right fuel. A healthy and balanced diet is an important factor in ensuring that everyday life at school, university and work, but also in leisure time, is easy and fun. The supply of essential fatty acids - especially the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA - is one of the problem children here.
This is because it is often difficult to include fish in the diet on a regular basis. Two fish meals a week are recommended for an optimal supply of essential fatty acids, but this is a challenge, especially for children. The flavour is usually not very popular - and as a result, the supply of DHA often falls by the wayside. In order to ensure a balanced micronutrient intake, dietary supplements can be used to support a diet low in fish.
DHA Junior provides the "brain nutrients" in capsule form - with a subtle flavour. This makes it much easier to ensure an adequate supply of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. This supports normal brain function and vision. The fish oil has an ideal concentration of the essential omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and is suitable for the whole family. The capsules contain natural lemon flavouring for a fresh taste and can be swallowed or chewed, depending on preference.
