The combination of the amino acids phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan with acetyl-L-carnitine and taurine is ideal as a supplementary supply in the event of increased requirements. The amino acids tryptophan and phenylalanine are essential (indispensable) and must therefore be taken in with food. The body cannot produce them itself. Both are precursors of important messenger substances in the nervous system.
