Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body and 99% of it is stored in the skeleton. MicroCrystalline Hydroxyl Apatite (MCHA) is of natural origin and rich in calcium. As it is obtained from bovine bones, it contains other components (minerals, proteins, matrix components and glycosaminoglycans) that can support the storage of calcium in the bone structure. A sufficient supply of calcium is particularly important as we get older.
