Bacopa monnieri (small fat leaf, Brahmi) is a succulent plant that contains ‘bacosides’ and is particularly valued in Indian Ayurveda. It has been used traditionally there for centuries. Traditional knowledge of Bacopa monnieri has been rediscovered through modern scientific research. Like all plant extracts from Pure Encapsulations®, the Bacopa monnieri extract is tested for, amongst other things, 70 different pesticides. This ensures that the product is free from pesticide residues.
