Directions for use

• Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 100 ml of water once a day and consume immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. For consumption by adults only.
• Advice: We recommend that pregnant women, nursing mothers, diabetics and people taking medication (e.g. coumarin anticoagulants) consult a doctor before consumption. A doctor should also be consulted if the product is to be used continuously for more than 30 days without a break
