Wenn ich das nehme, brauche ich weder Nikotinpflaster noch Kaugummis.

Beim Aufhören geholfen
Habe ich letztes Jahr beim Aufhören genommen und da ich immer noch nicht wieder rauche, scheint das geklappt zu haben.

Alle Werte besser
Lungenfunktion hat sich objektiv gebessert und subjektiv kann ich auch besser atmen. Damit treibe ich mehr Sport und baue langsam auch wieder Kondition auf.
