Nicht nur die Symptome
Verstopfte Nase und Hausten sidn weg, aber fühle mich auch deutlich belastbarer.

Man sieht bei uns schon die ersten Pollenränder, obwohl gefühlt noch nichts blüht. Meine Nase gibt aber weiterhin Ruhe.

Meine Erfahrung der letzten Jahre hat gezeigt, dass es am besten ist im Februar zu starten, damit die ersten Pollen schon gut bewältigt werden können.
