The birth of a child is a time of joy and a phase of adjustment - for everyone. For the parents-to-be, but also for the baby. Parents want to provide their baby with the best possible support during all stages of development. They also soon find out which crying can mean what: Hungry, wet, cold, warm - or a tummy ache?
Of course, a baby's digestion also has to adjust to the "new world".It depends on so many things:
- The food it is given.
- The lifestyle and environment into which it is born.
- Bacteria from the environment.
- Finally, the developing microbiome - i.e. the composition of the bacteria in the stomach and intestines.
And this is an adjustment period in the first few months for your baby, which should normally take place in good balance.

However, phases are also observed in babies in which the balance is thrown out of kilter. This leads to a so-called dysbiosis in the stomach and intestines - an imbalance that causes problems, which means that tummy ache is not uncommon in babies. They cry more often, squirm and have difficulty sleeping.

pegaso® Baby is precisely tailored to the challenges of the baby's intestines: It provides support with the necessary intestinal bacteria, alleviates discomfort with the help of the proven medicinal plant camomile and can also be given to babies from birth using drops. The package leaflet contains precise instructions on how to mix the product. The lactic acid bacteria must be mixed with the natural solution before administration. This ensures the stability of the product and simple, precise dosing.

How to use
- The product can be taken by children from birth.
- Seven drops can be administered once or twice a day.
- The maximum recommended daily dose (14 drops) contains up to 2000 million CFU* of live lactic acid bacteria.
- The drops can be dripped directly into the mouth or mixed with water, milk or warm drinks (the temperature should be below 37 °C). Do not mix the drops with hot drinks. Shake very well before use.
How to use pegaso® Baby correctly:
To ensure shelf life, the lactic acid bacteria are stored separately from the solution in a separate lid. Before first use, it is necessary to mix the lactic acid bacteria with the solution. Therefore, follow the steps below:
- Screw the white cap on very tightly in a clockwise direction until it "clicks" and the white plastic ring breaks open. Then screw the cap further clockwise to open the upper part of the inside of the lid, which contains the lactic acid bacteria.
- The lactic acid bacteria now enter the bottle from the reservoir. Shake the closed bottle very well so that the lactic acid bacteria mix evenly with the solution.
- Unscrew the white cap anti-clockwise, remove it and screw the supplied dropper cap onto the bottle.
- The oral suspension is now ready for administration. Shake well before each use!
Instructions: Before opening, store in a dry place at max. 25 °C and keep out of the reach of children. After opening, store the product either in a cool place at a maximum temperature of 25 °C and consume it within one month or in the refrigerator at 4 °C and consume it within two months. Please note the best-before date on the pack. Our unique, patented sealing system makes it possible to maintain the vitality and stability of the lactic acid bacteria.
