An unhealthy lifestyle and diet, combined with excessive mouth breathing caused by snoring, can lead to a dry sensation in the throat. *Vitamin B2 and biotin help maintain normal mucous membranes, including those in the mouth and throat. The hyaluronic acid and peppermint oil contained in the product ensure a smooth and long-lasting fresh feeling in the mouth. **Melatonin helps reduce the time taken to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is achieved when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.
