An unhealthy lifestyle and diet and pronounced mouth breathing due to snoring can cause a dry feeling in the throat. *Vitamin B2 and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, including the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. The hyaluronic acid and peppermint oil ensure a smooth and long-lasting fresh mouthfeel. **Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed.

Adults: 3 sprays of SNORE-X with the fresh peppermint flavour before going to bed.
