Directions
- 1–2 sprays in the evening before going to sleep. One spray contains 1 mg of melatonin, 0.17 mg of withanolides (from ashwagandha) and 27 μg of lavender oil. 2 sprays contain 2 mg of melatonin, 0.34 mg of withanolides and 54 μg of lavender oil. Suitable for adults aged 18 and over. Due to its sleep-promoting and calming effects, melamed ® Sleep Spray should ideally be used no earlier than half a hour before going to bed.
- Contraindications/Warnings and Precautions: Do not use in conjunction with alcohol or centrally depressant medicines. Do not use during chemotherapy, atopic dermatitis or hormone therapy. Do not use if you have a possible intolerance to any of the ingredients. melamed® Sleep Spray may affect your ability to drive. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery. Not suitable for children and adolescents. If you are already taking medication, you should check beforehand whether there could be any interactions with melamed® Sleep Spray. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product and also if the desired effect does not occur.
- Information on pregnancy and breastfeeding: If you are planning to conceive, are currently pregnant or are breastfeeding, the use of melamed® Sleep- Spray is not recommended due to the possible hormonal effects of ashwagandha. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
- Note for diabetics: Suitable for diabetics.

- Ingredients: Glycerine, water, Ashwagandha fluid extract 5:1 DEV (min. 1.4% withanolides), 96% ethanol, sodium citrate, melatonin, citric acid monohydrate, potassium sorbate, lavender oil.
- Composition per spray: melatonin 1 mg, ashwagandha extract 12.4 mg of which withanolides 0.17 mg, lavender oil 27 μg.
