How to use
- The skin should be dry and free of oil.
- Heavy body hair should be shaved before taping.
- The "right" points for applying the grid tapes act like a magnet. The mesh tape is literally attracted to the body area.
- After applying the mesh tape, smooth it over with your hand - it will then adhere better.
- The skin-friendly acrylic adhesive of the Medi-Tape grid tape is activated by body heat, so you should wait a little before doing sports or touching it with water - we recommend a good half hour.
- Notes: The mesh tape must not be applied to open wounds, body orifices or particularly sensitive skin. If redness, itching or blistering occurs, the mesh tape must be removed from the skin immediately. Furthermore, a doctor, therapist or alternative practitioner should be consulted.
