isla® Pastilles Cassis + Vitamin C, 120 ST

Isla® Cassis + Vitamin C pastilles soothe irritated coughs and hoarseness and care for and protect the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx. With the fruity flavour of blackcurrant and 10 mg vitamin C per lozenge.

Our voice is a sensitive organ. The vocal cords are quickly affected by heavy or incorrect strain, dry air, e.g. in air-conditioned or heated rooms. The active ingredients from Iceland moss, which are concentrated in Isla pastilles, dissolve when sucked and cover the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx like a protective layer.

This protects them from further attacks and allows them to recover more quickly. Isla pastilles soothe irritated coughs and hoarseness, care for and protect the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx and have a preventative effect in the event of severe strain on the vocal cords. Isla is available in four different flavours!

When is isla® cassis used?

The ingredients of isla® cassis act like a balm on the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx. The irritated mucous membrane is thus protected from further attacks and can recover more quickly thanks to the soothing effect, especially in the case of throat complaints caused by:

• Coughing and hoarseness
• Severe strain on the vocal cords (singers, speakers)
• Dry breathing air (heated or air-conditioned)
• Dry mouth
• Restricted nasal breathing.

How to use

• Adults and children aged 4 years and over should suck 1-2 lozenges several times a day as required. In children, care should be taken to ensure that they have already acquired the ability to suck in a controlled manner.
• Notes: If necessary, isla® cassis can also be used over a longer period of time. If there is no improvement after 10 days of treatment, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. Very rarely, a laxative effect may occur when using the preparation due to the sugar substitutes sorbitol and maltitol. Hypersensitivity reactions may occur in isolated cases.
• Note for diabetics: 1 lozenge contains 397 mg sugar substitutes = 0.033 BE.

Ingredients

• 1 lozenge contains 80 mg aqueous extract of Iceland moss (0.4 - 0.8 : 1).
• Other ingredients: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sorbitol, Arabic gum, maltitol, anhydrous citric acid, acesulfame K, blackcurrant extract, blackcurrant flavouring, low-viscosity paraffin, purified water.
• 1 lozenge contains the sugar substitutes sorbitol (112 mg) and maltitol (285 mg) = 0.033 BE
